This course is not for the Knowledge Management specialist, it is aimed primarily at the manager relatively new to the concepts of Knowledge Management, perhaps slightly sceptical of the benefits promised by a knowledge-based configuration of organisational processes.
Nor do you need to possess a great deal of familiarity with IT (Information Technology) to make sense of the material provided in this course. Its purpose is to examine the key principles behind the developing theory of Knowledge Management, and to put forward some practical techniques for effective management of individual and organisational knowledge. |
